Currently serving as the Garrison Research Professor of Hematology/Oncology and Chief of the Division of Hematology/Oncology at the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville, Dr. Rana brings decades of expertise to the forefront of cancer research and patient care.

Dr. Rana’s career spans prestigious institutions across the United States and Pakistan. At the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville, she has held pivotal roles including:

  • Associate Director of the Oncology Fellowship Program

Her clinical footprint includes significant tenures as a Consultant Hematologist/Oncologist at Falmouth Hospital and Cape Cod Hospital (affiliates of the Dana Farber Cancer Network), where she also served as Chair of the Cancer Committee. Internationally, she contributed to the advancement of oncology as the Director of the Medical Oncology Training Program at the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Center in Lahore, Pakistan.
