Dear colleagues and friends,

Welcome to HOPPE.

HOPPE was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that physicians are strongest when we learn from one another, support one another, and work together to improve the lives of the patients we serve.

What began as informal case discussions among hematology and oncology colleagues has grown into a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to mentorship, collaboration, education, and research—advancing excellence in cancer care both nationally and globally.

Today, HOPPE serves as a platform where academic leaders, community oncologists, and trainees come together with shared purpose: to elevate standards of care, expand access, and strengthen outcomes for patients everywhere.

We are deeply grateful to the senior physicians whose pearls of wisdom have guided our growth, and to every member who continues to build this mission through service, integrity, and collaboration.
